Asher View is a community of 70 single family homes and 237 townhouses in Centreville, Virginia. This web site is a community resource for current and prospective homeowners.
Amenities
Asher View has a pool, tot lot, tennis court, and basketball court. All amenities are maintained in good condition by the community association management company, with the assistance of community committee members.
Board
The Board of Directors handles the overall administration of our community. They're our neighbors, so we can be sure they're looking out for all of our best interests. The board is elected by the community members, either through direct ballot or, if you choose, a board member will act as a proxy on your behalf. The offices all have three-year terms. Elections are held at the annual meeting, and there is always at least one position to be filled (unless a Board member steps down and an election is held to replace them for the duration of their term). Everyone is encouraged to get involved!
Committees
Committees are comprised of volunteers within the Asher View community to ensure a higher quality of life for our homeowners. Working together, we can keep our neighborhood attractive, welcome new residents, prevent crime, and provide some of the great amenities that make our neighborhood such a sought-after place. Please get involved--we can all use your help!!!
