  • A mix between a west African vegetable stew and a groundnut stew along with some twists (substituted half the cabbage with cauliflower, for example). Peanut sauce was optional and made by mixing "natural" peanut butter with water. This is a really easy recipe that can be hardy for winter (thick) or refreshing for summer (thin)
  • Okra with tomatoes (spicy!)
  • Millet (just millet, water, and salt)
  • French lentil salad
