Registration Fees
* Resident or Fellow must include a verification of residency letter to qualify for the reduced rate * The registration fee includes Congress kit, certificate, admission to scientific sessions and exhibit area, welcome reception, banquet, luncheons and coffee breaks.* Banquet ticket for companion (spouse) will sell on-site (NTD$1000)
* On-site registration is cash only.
Cancellation Before April 30, 2009, a written notification of cancellation will be eligible for 50% refund. There will be no refunds after May 1, 2009.
