A Runner's Ally is a site dedicated to showing you the science of distance running. We strive to show you the newest scientific discoveries that will help you train more efficiently and run your races much faster.

Ask yourself a few questions:

  • Are you a runner?
  • Do you want to improve your running?
  • Are you interested in learning about the science behind training methods, nutrition, and new technologies?
If so, A Runner's Ally is the site you need! Here we emphasize the science behind all the information we give. Being runners ourselves, we know it is tough to find information saying why one method is better than another. Answering these types of questions is our drive for creating this site.
