OFFICIAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE : HOW TO GET A MASTERS DEGREE. Official Degree Certificate
Survival Certificate, Adelaide Heat Wave '08 Yes, over at last, barely made 27°C today so our official heat wave has ended. And not a moment too soon I can tell you, 15 days in a row was quite long enough. Adelaide's 15-day heatwave was a once in 3,000 year occurrence, an atmospheric scientist says. Adelaide has sweltered through 15 consecutive days above 35 degrees - the longest heatwave recorded in any Australian capital city. The heatwave ended on Tuesday, with a milder 29 degrees maximum forecast. Atmospheric scientist Warwick Grace said the 15-day heatwave had a .03 per cent of occurring. "The odds are about the same as tossing 12 coins and getting all heads or all tails," Dr Grace said on Tuesday. The all-time national Australian heatwave record was set in Marble Bar in northern Western Australia, which had 160 consecutive days at or above 37.8 degrees celsius (or 100 degrees fahrenheit) in the summer of 1923-24. Everyone seems to be blaming global warming, I wonder what they blamed in 1923-24? Probably the government. Official Graduation Photo
This is my official graduation photo from the studio. It's not bad but I'd have preferred to be less shiny and it makes me look like a have a subtle moustache. The scroll isn't my real degree; it's actually a prop. My real certificate was given to me as I left the stage during the ceremony in a white A4 envelope with my name on it. And this photo was actually taken before the ceremony. Note that technically I'm not supposed to post this here as the studio own all the IP with regards to the photo.
