Bliss!! Ah ha!!My life's unfolding over the last six months is a testimony to the power behind following bliss. Actively persuiting joy, leading with heart, quieting the voice of doubt, allowing fear to pass through one's self only to leave it behind you never looking back, rejoicing in the moment, standing firm in the truth that God has given you - these are all ways we can harness ourselves to become blissful beings. Granted, these things often can be easier said then done, I know - however when we come to our 2'x8' sacred space - we choose the tone for our practice, we create our minds' space. And yes, we know undoubtedly that thought become things. So discipline your thoughts, move into bliss. Consciously weave the fabric of your life - write a beautiful epic with your days - rejoice & give thanks :) Separation causes suffering, union creates bliss. The Sanskrit word yoga translates as union or yoking. YOGA LUNCH RESET!
I will come to your company's office & provide a 1 hour yoga session which could include a healthy salad or sandwich lunch from Central Market or The Great Outdoors. Contact me for more details!
