I am Vijay, a recruiter. I have been hiring for product development companies, extensively, throughout my career.

Though its humane to say that all humans are the same, but truly, some are better with certain things than others. My effort in recruitment (and my personal aim) is to reduce the time and cost of hiring, and identifying the good. I devote all my efforts in reducing the time that interviewers devote in making hires. Meaning, improving the ratio of people getting into the recruitment process, and those getting offered.
