7.- CANCELLATIONS.
For refund or cancellation, when the merchandise
has already been a correspondent, the costs for
shipment won't be reimbursed to the client.

return the merchandise, under its charge and responsibility. |

Pour
rejet ou annulation, quand la marchandise a déjà
été expediée, les frais d'envoi ne seront pas remboursés au

9.- REFUNDS.
For refund or cancellation, when the merchandise
has already been a correspondent, the costs for
it freights they won't be reimbursed at the client.

When the cause of the refund is attributable to CICSAMEXICO, this will pay the one it
freights.
Inside the shipment, you will find the instructions.

9.- REMBOURSEMENTS.
Pour
remboursement ou annulation, quand la marchandise
a déjà été expédiée, les frais de transport ne seront pas remboursés au
client.
Le client, dans tous les cas, devra renvoyer la
marchandise à ses frais et sous sa responsabilité.
Quand la cause du remboursement est imputable CICSAMEXICO, celle-ci paiera le
frêt.
À l'intérieur de la cargaison, vous trouverez
les directives. Les produits seront sous bonnes conditions, avec leur emballage original, instructions et
garanties.

9.- DEVOLUCIONES.
Por devolución o cancelación, cuando la mercancía
ya ha sido enviada, los costos por flete no serán
reembolsados al cliente.
El cliente, en todo caso, deberá regresar la
mercancía bajo su cargo y responsabilidad.
Cuando la causa de la devolución sea imputable a CICSAMEXICO, ésta pagará el flete.
En el interior del envío, usted encontrará las
instrucciones.
Los productos deberán encontrarse en óptimas
condiciones, con su empaque original, instructivo
y garantía. |
10.- GUARANTEE.
A) FACTORY GUARANTEE.
The factory guarantee covers 30
natural days from shipment the merchandise for factory defects.
After 30 natural days of correspondent the merchandise
refunds are not accepted.
B) TRANSPORTATION GUARANTEE.
For damages for transportation guarantee with UPS mail company:
Each shipment counts on an
insurance of the U.P.S. mail
company of by damages during
the transport, whose cost is
included in the shipping cost.
The client will request to the
office of U.P.S. of their town
the elaboration of the “Report
of Inspection of Damages”
corresponding to the moment
to open the packing.
It’s indispensable to open the
packing at the moment to
receive it, front the U.P.S personnel.
The transport guarantee,
will only be been worth if the
shipment is open to the moment
to receive it and verified its state. |
10.- GARANTIE.
A) GARANTIE DU
FABRICANT.
La garantie du fabricant couvre 30 jours naturels
à partir envoyée de la marchandise, par des
défauts d'usine.
Après 30 jours naturels de la date d'expedition
les remboursements de la marchandise ne sont pas acceptés.
B) GARANTIE DU TRANSPORT.
Pour la garantie par des dommages
du transport
avec la
compagnie de messagerie d'U.P.S. :
Chaque envoi dispose une
assurance de l'entreprise de
messagerie U.P.S. par des
dommages pendant le transport, dont le coût est
inclus dans le coût d'envoi.
Le client demandera au bureau d'U.P.S. de sa ville l'élaboration
du “Rapport d'Inspection de
Dégâts” correspondant au
moment d'ouvrir l'emballage.
Quand il les rendra, les produits
devront etre en bonnes conditions, avec leur emballage
original, instructif et garantie.
La garantie du transport,
seulement sera valable si la
cargaison est ouverte au
moment de la reception et
aprés verification de son etat.

10.- GARANTÍA.
A) GARANTÍA DE FÁBRICA.
La garantía del fabricante
cubre 30 días naturales
a partir de enviada la
mercancía, por defectos de
fábrica.
Después de 30 días naturales de enviada la mercancía
no se aceptan devoluciones.
B) GARANTÍA DE TRANSPORTE.
Para la garantía por daños durante el
transporte con
la compañía de mensajería
de U.P.S.:
Cada envío cuenta con un
seguro de la empresa de
mensajería U.P.S. por daños
durante el transporte, cuyo
costo se incluye en el costo
de envío.
El cliente deberá solicitar a la
oficina de U.P.S. de su localidad
la elaboración del “Reporte de
Inspección de Daños”
correspondiente al momento de
abrir el empaque.
Al devolverlos, los productos
deberán encontrarse en óptimas
condiciones, con su empaque
original, instructivo y garantía.
La garantía de transporte, sólo
será válida si el envío es
abierto al momento de recibirlo
y verificado su estado. |

12.- ORDERS AND SPECIAL
DESIGNS.
In having requested and/or special designs, 50%
will be loaded if the client cancels the order
with later date to her shipment. If the client
requested merchandise to pick up in U.P.S. messanger, office or
cellars, and he/she doesn't
make it, an additional charge of 20% of the
invoice value will be made by concept of
administrative steps, freight and storage. |
12.- ORDRES ET DESSINS SPÉCIAUX.
Dans le cas de commande et/ou dessins spéciaux, 50%
seront chargés si le client annule son ordre
avec une date postérieure a l'expédition.
Si le client avait demandé que la marchandise soit retirée a
la messagerie, a son magasin et qu'il ne le fait pas, une charge supplémentaire de 20%
de la valeur de la facture sera faite pour concept
de frais administratifs, frêt et stockage.

12.- PEDIDOS Y DISEÑOS
ESPECIALES.
En pedidos y/o diseños especiales, se cargará
un 50% si el cliente cancela su pedido con fecha
posterior a su envío.
Si solicitó mercancía para recoger en mensajería,
oficina o bodegas, y no lo hace, se efectuará un
cargo adicional de 20% del valor de factura por
concepto de trámites administrativos, flete y
almacenaje. |
13.- MODIFICATION OF
PRODUCTS.

acepta respetar los derechos de autor, patentes y
marcas reglamentados por las Leyes Nacionales e
Internacionales, estando totalmente prohibida la
reproducción, edición, mutilación, alteración
parcial o total por cualquier medio conocido o
por conocer sin la autorización expresa y por

16.- LIABILITY.
Our liability in terms of these conditions is in
lue of and to the exclusion of all other warranties, conditions or obligations imposed or
implied by statute or otherwise in relation to
the quality or descrption of the goods. |
