1.     It is mandatory to wear both bib numbers respectively in front (large) and on the back (small) of the (running) shirt in such a way that the number receives maximum visibility.

2.     All competitors must cross the finish line with their numbers attached to their shirt (in the front and back).

3.     Participants are not allowed to receive any help during the race except from our volunteers at the water stations (3 km, 6 km and at 9 km), or Red Cross. 

4.     Participants can not be companioned by any motor vehicle or bicycle and are not allowed to receive any refreshments other then water at the water stations. 

5.     All participants must have themselves checked in prior to the race at the registration tables, which are near the start line. Check in time starts at 4 pm. 

6.     It is mandatory to wear a (running) shirt, bared torso is not allowed. 

7.     Failure to comply with rules 1 through 6 will be sanctioned with disqualification. 

8.     The run starts at 5.30 pm, near L.G. Smith Blvd # 484 (north of high-rise hotels). 

9.     The distance has been measured and certified by the Aruba Athletic Federation to be exactly 10.000 meters with the tolerance of ca. 0.15%.

    10.    There will be water available at the start of the event and subsequently at the 3 km-, 6 km- and 9 km point.                               Refreshments and fruit will also be served at the end of the race.
