Synchronous Counter Using D Flip Flop - Clean Reef Flip Flops Synchronous Counter Using D Flip Flop
Side Lighting Different lighting today, and some broken equipment. My good flash would not charge, so that dashed my hopes for a synchronous, off-camera flash (I have an extension cable). I had to use my Nimslo flash, which isn't compatible with a normal camera (damn them). I had to set a 1s exposure on the digital camera so I could manually fire the Nimslo flash, which was now fairly close to my head. I diffused the light with a paper towel so it didn't over expose my face. The side lighting adds drama to the photo, whereas the lighting I did yesterday was more whimsical. I tried to have a serious expression to match the more dramatic lighting. If my good flash was working, I could probably have done more, making the light a bit sharper (less diffusion), which would accentuate the expression. The focus is very soft because of the 1s window I had to allow for manual flash. Will have to search for better equipment or try to get the good flash working (how, I've no idea other than bang in on the counter). S5: Moving lights
This one may serve as a way-out indicator. Consists of 4-bit counter (74HC161) and several gates (74HC00, 74HC04). Lights move to the left in 3 groups. NE555 is a clock for synchronous 4-bit counter. PS.
