MISSION AND GOALS of AAIPA:

First and foremost, we have NO religious affiliations, and we are not affiliated with any other society or organization already in existence.

We are aiming to promote awareness of different forms of Indian music, dance, and other unique fine arts in Arkansas.  Our Academy plans to conduct classes and sponsor workshops, visits, and performances by musicians and dancers from all over the United States, India, and around the world whenever possible.  This will provide an opportunity for interested people within the community to learn and share their knowledge in the Indian performing arts.

The purpose of the Arkansas Academy for Indian Performing Arts is to promote Indian music and dance.  We will initially meet about once every month to learn, exchange, and enhance our knowledge in various Indian performing arts.

Our Academy is open for membership to those who are interested in Indian music and dance, and would like to contribute to the Academy and/or learn from the activities and classes sponsored by our Academy.  Membership in the Academy is free.  Please check our "Contact Us" page to download a membership form.  Private lessons will be available upon request.  Please visit our "Services Provided" page for more details.

Thank you for your interest and support!
