Drilled Steering Column Shear Bolts

What a STUPID design! These are specialty safety shear bolts for the steering column. They are designed to shear in an accident. They have a bolt head that snaps off once the correct tightening torque is reached when installing. This leaves a rounded surface making it virtually impossible to remove without damage. Two are needed and my local dealership said ONE was available 3000 miles away in CA!!!
