News from the Arsenal

13th of May, 2009

There hasn't been any updates to the page for some time now. This is mainly because I'm working on a lot of things behind the scenes.

First off, I'm getting closer to finishing up my rules for Rising Star as well as painting up a couple of more miniatures. The hard part is to figure out how to make some army lists that are interesting but also somewhat balanced. So far, I've seem to be where I want to be with the balance, but I hope to iron it out during testing.

Adding vehicles to Gangs of Mega City one isn't exactly easy, lemme tell ya.

Secondly, I've also got some exams to worry about in these weeks. This has left me with little time for doing other hobby things, such as finishing up those boards that I've been working on as well as Braving The Dark Continent that I'm almost done with.

So in short, it's going to be a while before there are any updates on the Arsenal :)

It would finally seem that I've gotten around to finish up this here webpage of mine. Of course, the front page needs some detailing, and I'm all too low on graphics and snazzy guestbook functions and so on - but hey, it's a site, and it's ready to go!

With that in mind, then the update log is rather easy to go through. I've been fiddling around with this page for most of the day and what you see in the Wasteland Chronicles section is roughly how each sub-page is going to be presented. Eventually, as soon as I get more comfortable with this interface, there's going to be a whole lot of content for every single item on the left.

And wouldn't you know it, I have tonnes of additional stuff that I'd like to add to this page. A gaming geek's day never ends, eh?

So, I've started this here page up at Google Sites and I'm currently in the process of adding sections that I know I need. For instance, Wasteland Chronicles, Braving the Dark Continent and so on. Now follows then the slow migration of adding all the stuff I've written over the years on various forums, blogs and homepages to this very site.

I'm still coming to grips on how to make a functional webpage from this. It seems to me like it's a weird hybrid of a blog and a webpage; loads of freedom under very heavy restraints. Oh well, it's the best I've found so far - so let's run with it!
