Objectives of the Fundraising / Scholarship committee are as follows:
1. Will implement plans to raise funds for ARE (professional
development, travel, expenses, community support, publicity, etc.)
Note: Scholarship fundraising pertains to the Scholarship Committee.
2. Will report and give update at each general meeting as status of the
organization’s finances.
3. Will organize fundraisers to obtain funds for the scholarship.
4. Will disseminate scholarship information throughout.
5. Will develop criteria for selecting scholarship recipients.
6. Will select scholarship recipients.
7. Will limit scholarship fundraising to amounts proposed by the State
Concilio, and approved by the statewide leadership at its annual
retreat.
