1939 World's Fair in New York. One of my antiquing role models tells me that this was a popular place to get married, that World's Fair in 1939... Here you can see a lamp with a Bakelite base and Trylon (glass Perisphere light, I believe), two Trylon-and-Perisphere napkin rings, a deconstructed modern art Trylon-and-Perisphere pin, a desk set, another pin (or letter opener), and something else.
