Contract and payment is due no later than March 31st. If full payment is not received, we cannot guarantee space.
We are now holding the event outdoors in a beautiful open space at the back of campus. We can no longer provide tables,etc. Please bring your own rig: tables, lights, generator, etc. We will have general lighting, but it might not be exactly to your specifications. Upon payment and approval we will add you to the list of vendors.
Last year we filled up fast with both guests and vendors. This pow wow is fast becoming a regional event. Walk-up space cannot be guaranteed. If you have questions, please call or email.
