Mustang Sally?
Mustang Sally?
Nope! It's not Mustang Sally... it's my little girl wedged into the back of my Mustang GT. Mom was worried that the after-market pipes would be too loud for her. She didn't seem to mind. Even though a rear facing car seat fits in this 2+2, don't think for a minute it's practical. The front seat was up so far, a shotgun passenger would have to be 4'6" or shorter to tag along! strobist info: Canon Speedlite 580EX II (manual at 1/8) camera right on rear window self - aimed at ceiling to soften.
Finally 20 lbs
Finally 20 lbs
Under 20 lbs must be a rear facing car seat, which is a big nono to put in an air bag equipped front seat. And since that's all I've got, I couldn't take Nina around. And, let me say, Mazda and the NTHSA (or whatever the acronym is) both say this is ok as long as you get the right kind of seat, have the car seat all the way back, and Don't disable the airbags.
