Anesthesiology MERITnet is APPNA MERIT's initiative for the advancement of Anesthesiology in medical teaching institutions of Pakistan. This initiative is designed to create a network of Anesthesiologists of Pakistani origin and others who will work together to design teaching programs, curriculum and contribute in other ways to the development of 21st century Anesthesiology practice in Pakistan.

 

MERITnet physicians will undertake short-duration visiting faculty assignments in Pakistani teaching institutions. They will generally be American Boards (or equivalent) certified physicians with clinical faculty appointments in US and Canadian teaching institutions.
