New Competition:

·         In order to get more participation from members, I have created an APO lottery to be held at elections.  During elections I will give away $450 in pre-paid VISAS broken down as:

o   1 x $100

o   3 x $50

o   4 x $25

o   5 x $10

o   10 x $5

o   You can win more than one gift card. 

 

·         To be entered in the lottery, you simply participate in APO.  One point = one entry in the lottery.  Here are some ways you can get points:

o   Playing the short (10-15 minutes) game I organize after every meeting = 1 point

§  If you’re on the winning team you get 1 bonus point

o   Printing out BINGO and showing me = 1 point

§  If you get BINGO, you get 1 bonus point

o   Getting Awesome Active/ Power Pledge = 1 point

o   Taking a little = 3 points

o   Going to intramural games (either as a player or spectator) = 1 point/game

o   Other ways will be announced at meetings as they arise.

 

·         We will still be broken up into families and the families’ overall score will be the sum of points earned by all individual members + any additional points earned during the games.

 

·         The family with the overall highest combined score will have each individual member entered 4 more times into the lottery.  Second place = 3 extra entries/member, third place = 2 entries/member, last place = 1 entry/member

 

Here’s the catch:  You MUST BE PRESENT AT ELECTIONS to claim your prize if your name gets called.  If your name is drawn and you are not there, I will pull another name and give it to someone who IS there.
