Business Insurance

Disability Buy-Sell Agreements are designed for small business owners to provide funds for the purchase of the insured’s share of ownership in the business in the event that he/she is totally disabled.

Business Overhead Expense Insurance is designed to reimburse the business owner for overhead expenses in the event that he/she is disabled and cannot pay the covered overhead expenses of his/her business because of a decrease in income due to disability.


Buy-Sell Agreements are legally binding contracts that require one party to sell and another party to buy a particular ownership interest in a business in the event of the death, disability or retirement of a partner or stockholder or upon certain other triggering events. It is a separate legal document that ensures that any ownership transition will occur as planned. To provide cash needed to make the transition work, life insurance is used.
