Anti Scald Valve

Device used to prevent high water temperature.

Device installed on piping coming from hot water heater that prevents excessive hot water temperature should thermostat of hot water heater fail.

A shower mixing valve that automatically maintains balance between incoming hot and cold water supplies by immediately regulating fluctuations in pressure. As a result, temperature remains constant, though the outlet pressure may drop. Also called pressure-balanced valve.

Bathroom Re-pipe

For the bathroom re-piping, we asked the plumber to destroy as few of the bathroom tiles as possible, so he accessed most of the pipes for the bathtub and shower through the bedroom closet. We were quite pleased with the work. And in the whole process, he only had to destroy two tiles behind the toilet. Yay for our plumber!
