Introduction 

This is the home of arwm, a minimalistic window manager. arwm is based on evilwm. It was designed to meet personal desktop environment needs. It allows the ACE desktop environment, a part of GUIShell, to be used without redundancies in the window manager. 

Changes from evilwm 

 arwm contains the following changes from the evilwm code base:

• attractive pixmap-themed title bar with close button, resize button, and shade button.
  
• improved key and mouse button bindings, enhancing usability on laptops
• performance improvements, based on gprof execution profiling
• code restructuring, specifically method extraction and structuring of globals, eliminating the namespace clutter of evilwm

Status

The current version is stable for my current needs, so further work depends on bugs found and patches received.  Coding focuses on simplification, cleanups, and structuring.
