The apartment is located at the top of Cours Massena in the heart of the Old town, with a lovely balcony overlooking the famous Marche Provencal fresh produce market. The apartment benefits from being double aspect, meaning that the large, airy bedroom overlooks a quiet street. It has a ceiling fan and full length fitted wardrobes, and an air-con. unit for the hotter months. The bathroom has a bath with shower, and the toilet is seperate. In the living area there is a comfortable double sofa-bed, wifi, sat. TV, DVD. player with a selection of DVD.s, a stereo system and dining table and chairs.The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, microwave, four burner gas stove top and a countertop oven, as well as toaster and kettle. Linen and towels are provided.

 For those that don't know Antibes, this is possibly the best position for a holiday rental, you are literally 20 steps from the nearest boulangerie, and there is no better place than the balcony for watching the life of Antibes.The beach is a short stroll away, through the market, past shops and cafes, through the medieval arch of the Ramparts and past some of the smaller yachts in the famous marina.

How to book

 When/if you decide that you would like to book the apartment, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required.

 Payment is made by bank transfer in Euros to a French Euro account. There will be a charge to do this, to be met by sender.

 Final payment is due by 6 weeks prior to arrival.

 As an alternative, 50% can be paid now with the balance to be paid on arrival, in cash euros.

 (Please bear in mind that dates can not be held on an enquiry only, therefore, if you would like to make a booking, it’s best to do so as soon as possible).

 

Not included in the price

 The 50 Euros charged at the end of your stay for cleaning/laundry. This is usually taken from the 300 Euro/200 GBP cash security deposit collected at arrival.

 

Included in the price

 The rental price includes meeting you on arrival at the apartment and all utilities. Your bed will be freshly made and fresh towels will be laid out for you. There will be basics in the kitchen like tea bags, instant coffee, sugar, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, clingfilm, cleaning products, washing-up liquid and tea towels. In the bathroom there will be soap, toilet paper and a bath mat.

Also included are things that should be standard in all holiday rentals, but aren’t always;

Beach towels, beach umbrella, and cool bag are included for the beach.

 An iron and ironing board, a kettle, toaster, hairdryer, CD/radio, DVD with choice of DVD’s.

 You will have my mobile number to use if you have any queries or problems.

 

Finding the apartment

 On receipt of the final payment at 6 weeks prior to arrival, you will be sent a welcome guide to the apartment and area, along with some useful information on how to get from the airport.

 

Check in and out times

 Check-in time is 3pm and check out is 11am.

 Where it is possible, I will try and accommodate a slightly earlier/later check in and out, depending on the departure/arrival of other clients. On busy days like Saturdays in the main summer months there is not usually much opportunity for flexibility.

Please note that arrivals to the apartment after 9pm can not be facilitated.
