Welcome to the Anoka County Arts Alliance
Linking Arts and Community

The fine arts enhance our quality of life by helping to define our community's identity, value, and heritage, thus upgrading our county's image in the eyes of both residents and outsiders. As public investment in the arts stimulates economic growth and attracts business and corporate investment to the communities of Anoka County we see the Anoka County Arts Alliance (ACAA) as an important, worthwhile, and vital countywide community project.

Founded in 1992, the Anoka County Arts Alliance is a nonprofit consortium of performing, visual, and literary artists, arts groups and organizations, and arts-related businesses. Its purpose is to identify, provide support for and promote the activities of the Anoka County arts community. ACAA membership includes both individual artists, entertainers and performers, as well as amateur and professional arts organizations within Anoka County and adjacent areas.

The purpose of this website is to provide the information necessary for Anoka County residents and others to access the arts, whether it is to join them, hire them, attend them, purchase their products, or use their services. It is hoped that this site will become the "go to" site for information about all arts, music, theatre, and literary events happening in Anoka County
