I am an ecologist interested in understanding how one can predict the responses of ecological systems to natural and anthropogenic perturbations. My research explores the effect of disturbance in aquatic systems at the population, community, and ecosystem level.

I am currently a National Research Council post-doc at the NOAA Northwest Fisheries Science Center in Seattle, where I am researching the impact of water diversion on salmon populations under future climate change scenarios.
