From Anne's Food 8 large button mushrooms 80 g garlic cheese 1 tbsp cream cheese 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1-2 tbsp breadcrumbs olive oil Remove the mushroom stalks and use them for something else. Mix together garlic cheese, cream cheese, parsley and garlic. Fill the mushroom caps. Top with breadcrumbs and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. |
