French Toast

4 slices of bread 2 eggs 75 ml milk 2 tsp cinnamon sugar butter Whisk eggs, milk and cinnamon in a bowl. Add one slice of bread at a time, and let it soak for a few seconds on each side. Heat butter in a pan. If you'd like, sprinkle a little bit of sugar on the bread just before you fry them. Fry for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup.
