Mammals can be found on any part of the earth.  They represent their species on the land, sea, and air.  They dwell in places where the temperature rarely rises above 30 degrees and deserts that can reach 130 degrees.  They are adaptable to their surroundings; living and thriving in dense urban areas and in sparsely populated tundra.  Mammals express great creativity in manufacturing shelters to battle the harsh elements of any habitat.
