Supplies Needed :~
Paint Shop Pro, Animation Shop
Tube of Choice ~ I used the fab artwork of Suzanne Woolcott, you will need to purchase a license from www.gorjussart.com to use her work
Paper of choice ~ I used a paper from the freebie section of Suzanne Woolcotts site, http://www.gorjuss.co.uk/index.htm
Filters ~ Muras Meisters copies (optional as I have provided the layer i made), DSB Flux Linear Transmission (although you could use blinds in your psp if you do not have this filter)
I used a bling from ~ http://robertadesignzni.com/frameindex.htm
Supplies provided HERE
Right lets get started :~
1. Open your supplies in psp, Open a Transparent Canvas 600x600 and Flood fill white.
2. Select your preset shape tool, with the settings Eclipse, Line style Solid, Width 15, Select a colour that contrasts nicely with your tube, I used #bbbbbb for the Foreground and Stroke, and I used the paper from suzannes site for the Background and Fill.
3. Hold down your shift key so you get a perfect circle when happy with the sizing lift your finger off the mouse and shift key, and covert to a raster layer.
4. Select your magic wand and click on the outside ring, then on your layer pallette, Promote selection to layer.
5. Whilst this layer is still highlighted, add Inner bevel with the settings of Bevel #2, Width 5, Smoothness 25, Depth 10, Ambience 60, Shininess 46, Colour white, Angle 315, Intensity 18, Elevation 64.
6. Apply a Drop Shadow with the settings of Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 7, Colour Black, then deselect.
7. Duplicate the circle with the paper on, and on the bottom layer apply DSB Flux Linear Transmission with the settings of Slice Size 2, Offset 5, Blend 50, Horizontal ticked, ( if you do not have this plug in play around with the blinds in your PSP until you get the effect you want).
8. If using the Stitch circle I supplied, copy and paste onto your canvas as a new layer, you might need to resize this depending on the size you have created your circle and place to your liking, or if you wish to create your own with the single stitch I provided I did this effect using Muras Meister Copies with the settings of Encircle, Number 15, Shift X & Y 50, Angle 0, Rotation 100, Phase -25, Cycle 100, Attenuation 0, Scale 100, Thru BG Range 0, Fade out 0,
9. Add any Embellishments or the ones I provided, and place to your liking.
10. Add your tube of choice, add the same drop shadow as above or one of your choice.
11. Add Artists Copyright, your Watermark and whatever name or saying you wish on the tag.
Onto the Animation :~
12. Open up your Bling in Animation Shop, If using the same Bling as I did delete the Black Layer frame, and If you wish it to go the other way as I did select all and reverse Frames.
13. Copy Merge your tag in PSP and Paste as a new animation in your Animation Shop.
14. Duplicate this image as many times as required so that you have the same number as your bling has, for example the bling I used had 10 frames, so I needed to duplicate mine 9 times for a total of 10 frames.
15. On your Bling, Go to Edit, Select All, Edit, Copy, Then On your Image, Edit, Select All, Edit, Propogate Paste, and drag the Bling over to the Image, keeping your finger on the mouse, and once happy with the placing take your finger off and the Bling should then appear in each frame.
16. Crop any excess off and Resize to your liking, View Animation, If satisfied save as a GIF and Voila one finished Tag.
