This Tutorial Was Written By me June 2007, Hope You All Enjoy xxx   Supplies Needed :~   Psp & Animation Shop,   VanDerLee Plugin, Snowflakes, http://www.fleursauvage.be/utilitaire/filtres/filtres.htm (or if you cannot use the plugins ive also included the rain effect as a psp image)   Tube of Choice, I used Popeye Wongs Fantastic New Tubes, www.popeyewong.com   An Image or paper of your choice, I used a paper from Suzanne Woolcotts site, http://www.gorjuss.co.uk/index.htm   Font of Choice, I used Bavand   Umbrella, Hearts, Mask, (which i've supplied or you may wish to choose your own)   Supplies HERE   Right Lets Get Started :~   1. Place the mask into your masks folder, Open up your supplies in your psp.   2. Open a Transparent Canvas, 600x600, Floodfill white.   3. Copy and paste ur image as a new layer, Refer to Example for sizing, You might need to resize it depending on what you use.   4. Go to Layers, Load/Save mask, Load mask from disk, and then locate the mask, Use the following settings:~ Source Luminance ticked, Fit to layer Ticked, Invert Transparency Ticked, Hide all mask ticked.   5. Delete the mask and merge group.   6. Now onto the rain effect, If you wish to make your own rain effect follow steps 7 to 10, If you cannot use plugins and wish to use mine that I provided follow step 11.   7. Add a new layer and rename this layer rain 1, Go to VDL Adrenaline snowflakes and apply the following setting on the new layer :~ Amount 27, Minimum Size 0, Maximum Size 6, Hardness 100, Transparency 0, Snow Colour Basic snow, Random Seed 0.   8. On the same layer go to Adjust, Blur, Motion Blur, Angle 28, Strength 28.   9. Follow steps 7 & 8 again but rename the layer rain 2 and change the random seed to 100.   10. Follow again but this time rename layer 3 and change the random seed to 200.   11. Copy and paste rain layer 1 as a new layer onto your canvas, Rename rain 1, and do the same for the other 2 layers as well, Renaming rain 2 and rain 3.   12. Copy and paste your tube of choice and any embellishments you wish, Resize to your liking, Place where you require.   13. Add a light drop shadow to them, I used the settings :~ Vertical 0, Horizontal 0, Oppacity 50, Blur 10, Black.   14. Add a saying of your choice to the top of the frame, Duplicate this layer, back onto the original move slightly to the left and up, Lower the opacity to about 50 or whichever you prefer, Add the same drop shadow as above.   15. On the top writing layer add an Inner Bevel, I used the settings:~ Bevel 2, Width 5, Smoothness 25, Depth 10, Ambience 60, Shininess 46, Colour white, Angle 315, Intensity 18, Elevation 64, Then add a drop shadow with the same settings as above but change the colour to a contrasting one uve used in your background, just to make it stand out a bit more.   16. Add the Artists Copyright, Your watermark and the Name you wish on the tag.   Onto the Animation :~   17. Hide your rain Layers 2 & 3, go to edit, copy merged, then into your animation shop and paste as a new animation.   18. Hide Rain Layer 1 and unhide Rain layer 2, copy merged, into ur animation shop and press Ctrl L on your image.   19. Hide Rain Layer 2 and unhide Rain layer 3, copy merged, into ur animation shop and press Ctrl L on your image.   20. Crop any excess off your tag and resize to a size of your liking, view your animation if happy with the results save as a GIF, and voila your all done.
