This Tutorial was written by me April 2007, Hope you enjoy it xx
Right lets get started :~
1. Open a transparent canvas 600 x 600, Flood fill white.
2. Open the Supplies in PSP.
3. Copy pic frame 3 from the scrap kit and paste as a new layer on your canvas.
4. Duplicate this layer, and on the original frame go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radius 10.00.
5. On the same layer go to Effects, Texture Effects, Mosaic-Antique, Number of Columns 50, Number of Rows 50, Symetric ticked, Tile diffusion % 0, Grout Width 5, Grout Diffusion% 40.
6. On the same layer Select your Selection Tool Set on Rectangle, Add (Shift), Feather 0, draw a rectangle the same size as your frame, and add a new layer.
7. Copy the Moonlight Back and on your canvas paste into selection, go to selections, select none.
8. On the Moonlight layer change the blend mode to luminance, and lower the oppacity to 60.
9. Copy and paste your embelishments as provided or ones of your own choice, refer to tag for placement, I also included the stars I colourised if you wish to use them.
10. If using the seashells and you want the same effect as I got on it, change the blend mode to luminance.
11. Copy and paste as a new layer your tube of choice, you might have to resize your tube depending on what you use, at this point you could either place as I have inside the frame, or if using a full length tube place down the left hand side for example.
12. Add a drop shadow to the tube, top frame and the stars, Verticle 0, Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00, Colour Black.
13. Add the artists copyright, your watermark and whatever name you want on the tag.
14. Crop the excess off the tag and resize to your liking, Save as a GIF and voila your tags all done.
