Supplies Needed :~
PSP & Animation Shop,
Tube of Choice ~ I used the amazing Artwork of Anthony Guerra www.guerrafineart.com, available to purchase at CILM,

Right Lets Get Started :~
1. Open your tube of choice in your PSP & Open a Transparent Canvas 450x450, Flood Fill White.
2. Copy and Paste The Triple Frame as a New Layer.
3. Select your Magic Wand with the Settings of ~ Mode Add Shift, Match Mode RGB Value, Tolerence 20, Feather 0.
4. Click Inside Each of the 3 White Squares, Copy and Paste One of the Papers as a New Layer ( I used Paper 3 from the kit), Go to Selections, Invert and hit Delete on your Keyboard.
5. Keeping it Selected, Add a Drop Shadow with the Settings of ~ Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00, Colour Black.
6. Still with it Selected Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer and Move it to a Position on the Canvas so the part you Want Showing is in the First Box, then Hit Delete on your Keyboard, Repeat Again but Place it so it is Showing in the Second Box, and Again with the Third Box.
7. Deselct, Hide the White Background Layer and Merge Visible, Unhide the Background layer, Free Rotate the Box Layer Left 15.00, and Move Towards the Bottom of your Canvas (Refer to Example for placing).
8. Copy and Paste your Tube as a New Layer and Place Towards the Bottom Left or Wherever you Wish to Place your Tube, you may need to Resize your Tube Depending on what you have used, Add the Same Drop Shadow as Before.
9. Copy and Paste the Double Frame so it is Above the White Background Layer and Below the Boxes, Add the Same Drop Shadow.
10. Select your Magic Wand and Click Inside the Double Frame, Go to Selections, Modify, Expand by 10.00, Copy and Paste another Paper ( I Used Paper 1), Go to Selections, Invert and Hit Delete on your Keyboard,
11. With it Still Selected, Copy and Paste One of the Ribbons as a New Layer and Hit Delete on your Keyboard again, then duplicate the Ribbon and Move it up so it is above the other ribbon (Refer to Example for Placement), Hit Delete on your Keyboard and Add the Same Drop Shadow.
12. Copy and Paste the Magical Moments Tag, Resize by 80%, Move so it sits nicely between the 2 Ribbons, Hit Delete on your Keyboard and Add the Same Drop Shadow Again.
13. Deselect, Hide your Tube, Boxes, Double Frame and White Background Layer, Merge Visible, Unhide All Layers and Move the Merged Layer Below the Double Frame.
14. Add the Artist's Copyright Your Watermark and Whoevers Name you want on the Tag.
15. If You Do Not Wish to add the Sparkle, Crop any Excess off and Save as a GIF and your all Done.
Onto the Animation :~
16. Copy and Paste the Sparkle and Place so it is Sitting on the Diamond, Duplicate this Layer 3 Times, and Rename the Bottom Sparkle 1, Middle Sparkle 2 and the Top Sparkle 3.
17. On the Sparkle 3 Layer Resize to 75%, The Sparkle 2 Layer Resize to 50%, Sparkle 1 Layer Resize to 25%, Make Sure they are all in Aproximately the Same Place on the Diamond.
18. Hide All the Sparkle Layers, Go to Edit, Copy Merged, Paste as a New Animation in your Animation Shop, then back to your PSP.
19. Unhide Layer 1, Copy Merged, into Animation shop and press Ctrl L, Back to PSP, Hide 1 and Unhide 2, Copy Merged, into Animation shop and press Ctrl L, Back to PSP, Hide 2 and Unhide 3, Copy Merged, into Animation shop and press Ctrl L, Back to PSP, Hide 3 and Unhide 2, Copy Merged, into Animation shop and press Ctrl L, Back to PSP, Hide 2 and Unhide 1, Copy Merged, into Animation shop and press Ctrl L, You should then Have a Total of 6 Frames in your Animation Shop.
20. Select all Frames and Change the Frame Properties to 15, View Animation, If Satisfied with your Result, Crop any Excess White Off and Save as a GIF, and Voila your all done xxx
