Right Lets Get Started ~
1. Open a 600x500 Transparent Canvas and FloodFill White.
2. Copy & Paste the Lovely_petit_moineaux (32) paper as a New Layer, Resize by 80% and Repeat again 5 times, Doing it slowly instead of all at Once Ensures it stays Clearer.
3. Copy & Paste the Lovely_petit_moineaux (9) the frame as a New Layer, Resize by 80% and Repeat again 8 times, Move over to the Left of the Paper, See Example Tag for Placement, Add a Drop Shadow with the Settings of Vertical & Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Colour Black.
4. Copy & Paste the Lovely_petit_moineaux (21) the Ribbon as a New Layer, Resize by 80% and Repeat again 4 times, then resize by 90%, Go to Image, Image Mirror, Move Down so it sits over the Bottom of the Frame Layer, With a Little Bit of the Ribbon OverHanging Each Side, See Example Tag for Placement,
5. Highlight the Paper Layer, Go to Selections, Select All, Selections Float, Selections Defloat, Selections Invert, Highlight the Ribbon Layer and hit Delete on Your Keyboard, Select None, This Will get Rid of the Excess Overhang, then Add a Drop Shadow with the Settings Used in Step 3, You May Also Wish to Colorize it to Match Your Tube or Image, You can do this by Going to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize, and Choosing Whatever Colour You Wish.
6. Copy & Paste the Lovely_petit_moineaux (23) the Bow as a New Layer, Resize by 80% and Repeat again 11 times, Move Down and to the Left so its Sitting on the Ribbon, See Example Tag for Placement, You May Also Wish to Colorize it to Match Your Tube or Image as in Step 5, Add a Drop Shadow with the Settings Used in Step 3.
7. Copy & Paste the Lovely_petit_moineaux (33) the Lined Paper as a New Layer, Resize by 80% and Repeat again 6 times, Go to Image, Image Mirror, Image, Free Rotate, Right 20%, Move to the Right, See Example Tag for Placement, Move This Layer Down So it is Under the Frame Layer, Add a Drop Shadow with the Settings Used in Step 3, Move this Layer Down so it is Underneath the Ribbon Layer.
8. Highlight the Top Layer and Copy & Paste the Lovely_petit_moineaux (27) the Doodle as a New Layer, Resize by 80% and Repeat again 8 times, Free Rotate, Right 15%, Move over to the Right of the Paper, See Example Tag for Placement, Add a Drop Shadow with the Settings Used in Step 3.
9. Copy & Paste the Lovely_petit_moineaux (5) the Button as a New Layer, Resize by 80% and Repeat again 4 times, Move over to the Right of the Paper and Move it Down a Layer so it is Underneath the Doodle, See Example Tag for Placement, Add a Drop Shadow with the Settings Used in Step 3.
10. Copy & Paste the Lovely_petit_moineaux (30) the Ribbon Hoop as a New Layer, Resize by 80% and Repeat again 11 times, Move to the Right and Move it Down a Layer so it is Underneath the Button, See Example Tag for Placement, You May Also Wish to Colorize it to Match Your Tube or Image as in Step 5, Add a Drop Shadow with the Settings Used in Step 3.
11. Copy & Paste the Lovely_petit_moineaux (1) the Gem as a New Layer, Resize by 80% and Repeat again times, Move to the Right and Move it Above the Button Layer, See Example Tag for Placement, You May Also Wish to Colorize it to Match Your Tube or Image as in Step 5, Add a Drop Shadow with the Settings Used in Step 3.
12. Highlight the Letter Paper Layer and Add Some Writing or Brushes of Writing to the Letter Paper to Make it Look like a Love Letter.
13. Copy and Paste the Wordart, Resize by 80& and Move so it Fits Nicely at the Top Left Corner of the Paper, See Example Tag for Placement.
14. Highlight the Frame Layer, With Your Selection Tool, Set on Selection, Rectangle, Draw out a Square Slightly Bigger then the Inside of the Frame, Copy & Paste Your Image of Choice as a New Layer, Position it so the Part You Want to Keep is Within the Marching Ants, Go to Selections Invert and Hit Delete on Your Keyboard, Select None and Move this Layer Underneath the Frame Layer.
15. Add Your Tube of Choice and Position to the Right as in the Example Tag, Add the Same Drop Shadow as in Step 3.
16. Add the Artists Copyright, Your Watermark and Whatever Name You Wish on the Tag.
17. Crop off Any Excess, Resize to Your Liking and save as a GIF or JPEG and Voila Your all Done.
