Supplies Needed :~
Paint Shop Pro,
Font of Choice I used WindemereScriptSSK,
Preset Shape, AltemusBordersFour-< HERE
Tube of Choice, I used the stunning artwork of Anthony Guerra www.guerrafineart.com, visit CILM if you would like to purchase his tubes,
3 Scrap papers of your Choice, I used a beautiful free kit called Antonym Collection V1 from http://www.oscraps.com/shop/home.php
Right Let's Get Started :~
1. Open up your Tube of choice & Scrap Papers in your PSP.
2. Open a Transparent Canvas, 600x600, Floodfill White.
3. Select your Preset Shapes, AltemusBordersFour-< , With the settings of :~ Anti-alias Checked, Create as Vector Checked, Line style Solid, Width 8.00, Foreground and Stroke Colour of your choice (I chose Black but can be whatever colour you wish), Background and Fill Null,
4. Holding down your Shift Key (This will enable you to get a perfect circle), Draw out a circle using my example as a rough size guide, When happy with the size take your finger off the shift key, Go to Objects-Align-Center in Canvas, then Convert to Raster.
5. Select your Magic Wand and click inside the Smallest Circle to the Left of your image, Go to Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.00.
6. Copy and Paste your paper of choice as a New Layer (you may need to resize your paper depending on which one you used) Make sure it is covered within the marching ants, Go to Selections, Invert, Hit Delete on your keyboard, Select None.
7. Repeat Steps 5 & 6 but this time select the Middle Section.
8. Repeat Steps 5 & 6 but this time select the Outer Section to the Right.
9. Click on the Outline Layer, Bring to top, and add a Drop Shadow with the Settings of :~ Vertical & Horizontal 2, Opacity 80, Blur 10, Colour Black.
10. Hide the White Background and Merge Visible, Unhide the Background, Duplicate the Merged Layer, Resize by 50%, Image Mirror and place to the Bottom Right as in my example.
11. Copy and Paste your Tube, Add the same Drop Shadow as Above.
12. Select your Preset Shape, Set on Eclipse, Choose a bright colour (it doesnt matter which as you will not see this), Draw out a Circle around your shape.
13. Select your Text Tool, Set on Vector, With your Font of Choice picked (the size will depend on whatever font you used), hover at the top of the circle till you see what looks like an A with a quarter circle at the side, type in the wording you want around your Circle, Click Apply.
14. On your layers you will see a little plus sign next to your Writing Layer, Click on this and then click the little eye next to the eclipse layer, this will then hide the circle, and Convert the layer to a Raster Layer.
15. Move the Writing Layer so its just Above the White Background Layer and add the Same Drop Shadow as Before.
16. Add the Artists Copyright, Your Watermark and Whatever Name you Wish on your Tag.
17. At this point crop off any Excess White you may have and Resize to your Liking, and Save as a GIF, Voila your Tags all done xx
