Tube of Choice, I used the Fab Artwork of Elias Chatzoudis www.elias-design.gr, Please only Use if Purchased for MPT.
Scrap Kit Pink & Black, used with Permission from the Talented Monti, Please Check Out her Site http://www.montispixelplayground.com/
Mirror Template and Compact Made by Myself, Please Do not share or use in other Tutorials.

Supplies ~ HERE ~ (All Supplies Included)
Right lets Get Started :~
1. Place Your Mask in Your Mask Folder, Open Up Your Supplies in PSP, Open a New Transparent Canvas 600x600, Flood Fill it White
2. Copy & Paste MontisBlackPinkFrameBlack as a New Layer, Go to Selections, Select All, Selections, Float, Selections, Defloat, Selections, Modify, Contract by 10, Selections, Invert, hit Delete on your Keyboard, Selections, Modify Feather, number of pixels 5, ok, hit Delete on Your Keyboard, Selections, Select None, Resize this Layer by 90% Twice.
3. Copy & Paste my Mirror Template as a New Layer and Move Below the Frame.
4. Copy & Paste MontisBlackPinkDoubleRibbonPink as a New Layer, Resize by 80% Three Times, Go to Image, Free Rotate, 130% Right, and Position to the Left of the Frame (See Tag Example for Placement).
5. Copy & Paste MontisBlackPinkGirl as a New Layer, Resize by 80% Three Times, Place at the Top of the Frame, (See Tag Example for Placement).
6. Copy & Paste the Bow as a New Layer, Resize by 80% Three Times, Go to Image, Free Rotate, 20% Left, and Position to the Left of the Frame (See Tag Example for Placement).
7. Copy & Paste p11 the Pink Charm Ribbon as a New Layer, Resize by 80% Three Times, Place where the Bow is, (See Tag Example for Placement), Move This Layer Underneath the Ribbon to look like its Hanging from it, You May Wish to Erase the Top of the Charm as I did at this Point.
8. Copy & Paste the Compact Mirror as a New Layer and Place at the Bottom Left of the Frame (See Tag Example for Placement).
9. Copy & Paste the Eyeshadows and Eyeliners as a New Layer, Go to Image, Mirror, Resize by 90%, Position at the Bottom Left of the Frame (See Tag Example for Placement).
10. Copy & Paste the LipGlosses as a New Layer, Go to Image, Resize by 90%, Position at the Bottom Left of the Frame (See Tag Example for Placement).
11. Copy & Paste the Watch as a New Layer, Go to Image, Free Rotate 20% Left, Position at the Bottom Left of the Frame (See Tag Example for Placement).
12. At this Point You May Wish to Colorize your Frame, Ribbon, Watch and Girl Saying to Tie in With Your Tube as I did, to do this Go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize, Alter the Settings to Your Desired Colour.
13. Add a Drop Shadow Using the Settings of Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 35, Blur 5.00, Colour Black to All Layers Except Your Background Layer.
14. Copy & Paste Your Tube of Choice as a New Layer, Add the Same Drop Shadow as Above.
15. Duplicate Your Tube Layer, Go to Image, Mirror, Move This Tube Layer so it is Just Above the Mirror Template, Lower the Opacity on this Layer to Approximatly 35 Depending on What Looks Best With Your Tube, Erase any Excess Showing Outside Your Frame.
16. Add a New Raster Layer Above Your White Background Layer, and Floodfill With a Colour From Your Tube, Go to Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask From Disk, Find the WSL_Mask60, Source Luminance Checked, Fit to Layer, Invert Transparency Unticked, Ok, Merge Group, Resize By 85%.
17. Go to the Top of Your Layers and Write "It's a" Above Your Girl Saying, and "Thing" Underneath it and add the Same Drop Shadow as Before.
18. Add the Artists Copyright, License Number if Applicable, Your Watermark and the Desired Name on the Tag.
19. Crop Off Any Excess and Resize to Your Preference, Save and Voila Your All Done.
