This Tutorial Was Written By me on 9th October 2007, The Animation Part is Quite Involved But I have Written This Tutorial So That Even if You Are a Beginner or Cannot Do the Animation You Can Still Get a Halloween Tag but Without the Animation Part.

Supplies Needed :~
PSP and Animation Shop
Tube Of Choice ~ I used the Amazing Artwork of Suzanne Woolcott, www.gorjuss.co.uk, Please Do not use her work unless you have Purchased a License from AMI or www.gorjussart.com
Halloween Scrap Kit By Fee at Scrappy Dayz http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/scrappy dayz/
Supplies ~ Background, Halloween Scrap Kit, Mask & Animated Ghost
Font of Choice ~ I used Aramis
SUPPLIES
Right Lets Get Started :~
1. Open up your Supplies in Your PSP
2. Open up the Background I have Pre-prepared for you in your PSP, I have Provided them in Layers so you can move or Colorize them as you Wish, If you Wish to Colorize them do so at this Point by going to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize.
3. Click on the White Background Layer, Copy and Paste the White Moon from the Halloween Scrap Kit, and Position it in the Top Left Corner, see My Example for Placement, Go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colourize. with the Settings of Hue 0 Saturation 0, Lower the Opacity of the Moon to 80%
4. On the White Background Layer Add a New Raster Layer and Flood Fill Black, Go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, On the Drop Down Chose CloudyMask, Source Luminaced ticked, Invert Mask Data Unticked, ok then Merge Group Layer.
5. On The Top Layer Add Your Tube of Choice, Colourize if you wish to do so and add Drop Shadow of Choice I used the Settings Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 65, Blur 6, Colour Black.
6. Add the Artist Copyright, Your Name, And Your Watermark and Any Wording You Wish on the Tag. If You Wish to get the Same Effect as me on the Wording I used Aramis Font and Added the Same Drop Shadow as Before But Changed the Colour to White
If You Do Not Wish to do the Animation, you can Merge Visable Your Tag, Save and Voila Your Done, If You Do Wish to Do the Animation Please Continue On.
7. Right Now Onto the Tricky Part for those of You Still Brave Enough to Continue On lmao
8. Open Up the Ghost Animation In Your Animation Shop.
9. On the House layer Using your Magic Wand, With the Settings of Add(Shift) Tolerance 0 Feather 0, Click Inside the 2 Windows in the Door, the Window Just Above the Left of the Door and the Window To the the Left of the Door (see example tag), Hit Delete on Your Keyboard, Select None, this is Important so that you Can See the Animation Effects.
10. First Of All We Will Create the Lighting Effect In The Windows of the Haunted House, On the House layer Using your Magic Wand, With the Settings of Add(Shift) Tolerance 0 Feather 0, Click Inside the 2 Windows in the Door and the Window Just Above the Left of the Door (see example tag), Go to Selections, Modify, Expand, Number of Pixels 10, ok, Add New Raster Layer, Flood Fill With Any Colour Gradient (it doesnt matter what colour as long as it is not black or white i Used Red), Select None.
11. Copy this Layer, and Paste as a New Layer in Your Animation Shop, In Your Animation Shop You Should Now have What Looks Like 2 Blobs lol, Go to Effects, Insert Image Effects and use the Following Settings ~ Animation Frame Ticked, Effect Length 2.3 secs, Frames Per Second 5fps Effect Rotate Colours and it should Say at the Bottom Effect Contains a Total of 11 Frames, Click ok. Your Should Now have 11 Frames if You have more Dont Worry just delete the last frame, so you have 11 lol
12. Now Back into your PSP and Delete the Coloured Blob Layer You Have Just Done, and Go onto the Mask Layer.
13. Using Your Paint Brush With The Round+5 or Square +5 Selected, Change the Size to Around 15, and with a Bright Colour so it Can be Easily Seen (It Doesnt Matter as this Wont be Seen on the Tag, This is Just so You Know Where To Place the Animation) Put a Mark In the Centre of the Window to the Left of the Doors, and Also in the Windows Where the Lighting Effect Will Go.
14. Hide the White Background and the Mask Layer and Merge Visible, Unhide the Background and Mask and Hide the Merged Layer and Merge Visible, You Should Now be Left with the 2 Layers, Copy the Background Layer Into Your Animation Shop and Paste As a New Layer, Duplicate this So You Have a Total of 11 Frames.
15. Right Now We Will Add the Ghost Animation, Click On the Ghost Animation, Go to Edit, Select All, Edit Copy, Go to the Background Image, Go To Edit, Select All, Edit Paste Into Selected Frame, Position It so the Centre Of the Ghost Animation Covers the Centre of Your Bottom Coloured Mark, When Happy with the Placement Click on the Left Button on Your Mouse to Place it.
16. Right Now We Will Add the Lighting Animation, Click On the Lighting Animation, Go to Edit, Select All, Edit Copy, Go to the Background Image, Go To Edit, Select All, Edit Paste Into Selected Frame, Position It so the Centres Of the Lighting Animation Covers the Centre of Your Top Coloured Marks, When Happy with the Placement Click on the Left Button on Your Mouse to Place it.
17. Back To Your PSP now to do the Animation for the Blinking Eyes in the Top Right Window Underneath Where it Says Boo, Make Sure You are on The House Layer.
18. Copy The Haunted House Layer, Into Your Animation Shop and Paste as a New Layer.
19. Back to Your PSP, Using Your Paint Brush Tool, Select Square+5, Size 20, Colour Black, Opacity 34, You will Need to Move the Tag Closer So You Can Ensure You Cover the Eyes Completly with the Square Brush.
20. Ensure That the Eyes are Within the Square, Click Once so the Eyes Go a Little Darker, Copy this Layer, Into Animation Shop, Click on the House Layer in Animation Shop and Press Ctrl L on Your Keyboard.
21. Back Into PSP and Do The Same Again with The Paint Brush, so Once Again the Eyes gets Even Darker, Copy this Layer, Into Animation Shop, Click on the House Layer in Animation Shop and Press Ctrl L on Your Keyboard.
22. Continue Doing Step 21 Until You Have 6 Frames in Your Animation Shop,
23. Back Into your PSP, Click The Undo Button and then Copy this Layer, Into Animation Shop, Click on the House Layer in Animation Shop and Press Ctrl L on Your Keyboard.
24. Keep Doing Step 23 Until You Have Reached 11 Frames in Your Animation Shop.
25. Right Now We Will Add the Haunted House Animation to the Background, Click On the House Animation, Go to Edit, Select All, Edit Copy, Go to the Background Image, Go To Edit, Select All, Edit Paste Into Selected Frame, Position It so Ghost Animation and the Lighting Effects Appear Within the Windows, When Happy with the Placement Click on the Left Button on Your Mouse to Place it.
26. All You Have to do Now is Change The Frame Properties to 12 and View Your Tag If Happy with Your Result Save and Voila Your All Done.
