SUPPLIES

Right Lets Get Started ~

1. Open Your Supplies in your PSP.

2. Open a Transparent Canvas 600x600, Flood Fill White.

3. Copy & Paste the Frame as a New Layer, Add a Drop Shadow with the Settings of Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Colour Black, Resize the Frame by 90%, Colourise the Frame at this Point if you wish it to be a Different Colour, to do this go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize and choose Whatever Colour You Wish

4. Copy & Paste the Doodles as a New Layer, Resize them by 90% and keep Repeating the Resizing for a Total of 11 times, Doing it in Small Steps like this Instead of All at Once Will Stop it from going Blurry, Move them to the Right of Your Bottom Frame, See Example for Placement.

5. If you wish them to be a Different Colour Instead of Black you Can Change the Colour of them by going to Selections, Select All, Selections Float, Selections Defloat, then Select Your Floodfill Tool and Change the Tolerance to 200 and Floodfill with the Colour of Your Choice, Within the Marching Ants till its Entirely the Colour You Want.

6. Add the Same Drop Shadow as in Step 3, Duplicate this Layer, Image Mirror and Move to the left of Your Top Frame, See Example for Placement.

7. Copy & Paste the Friends Wordart and Place in the Centre of Your Frames as in the Example, and Colorize it to Your Choice using the method in Step 3, Also Add the Same Drop Shadow as You did in Step 3.

8. Copy and Paste the Flowers, Resize by 115%, You Can Also Change the Colour of These Flowers if You Wish by the Method in Step 5, Move this Layer so it is Just Below Your Frame Layer, Duplicate this Layer and Image Mirror, Image Flip, Add the Same Drop Shadow as in Step 3.

9. If Using You are Using an Image Follow this Step ~ With Your Selection Tool, On the Frame Layer, Draw Out a Square Slightly Bigger then the Inside of the Top Frame, Copy & Paste Your Image as a New Layer, Position so the Part You Want to Keep is Showing Within the Marching Ants, Go To Selections, Invert and Hit Delete on Your Keyboard, Selections, Select None, Then Repeat this Step for the Bottom Frame, Move the Images Below the Frame Layer.

10. If Using You are Using a Tube Follow this Step ~ With Your Selection Tool, On the Frame Layer, Draw Out a Square Slightly Bigger then the Inside of the Top Frame, Highlight the Flower Layer that is Sitting Behind the Top Frame and Hit Delete on Your Keyboard, this will then Delete the Excess Which is Showing Inside the Frame, Whilst it is Still Selected Add a New Raster Layer, Using a Paint Brush of Your Choice of the One I Provided, add some Inside the marching Ants, Lower the Oppacity of the Brush Layer to About 70%, Still Keeping it Selected, Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, go to Selections, Invert and on Your Keyboard Press the Delete Button, Now Deselect, Add the Same Drop Shadow to Your Tube as in Step 3, then Move Both the Brush Layer and the Tube Layer so they are Underneath Your Frame Layer, Repeat this Process for the Bottom Frame Too.

11. Copy & Paste a Flower of Choice or the Alternative I supplied, Colorize as in the Method in Step 3, Add the Same Drop Shadow as in Step 3, Place it in the Top Right Hand Corner of the Frame, See Example Tag for Placement, Duplicate, Image Mirror, Image Flip.

12. Again Copy & Paste the Flower this Time Resize it by 80% and Again Colorize it as in Step 3 and add the Same Drop Shadow, Place it in the Top Right Hand Corner of the Frame, See Example Tag for Placement, Duplicate, Image Mirror, Image Flip.

13. Add the Artists Copyright, Your Watermark and Any Name You Wish on the Tag.

14. Crop Off any Excess and Resize the Tag to Your Liking. Save as a GIF or JPEG and Voila Your All Done.
