Right Lets Get Started :~
1. Place the Mask In Your Files, Open Your Supplies in PSP, and Open a 600x600 Transparent Canvas, FloodFill White.
2. Copy and Paste Frame 2 onto your Canvas, Resize by 90%, Add a Drop Shadow, With the Settings of Verticle 0, Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00, Colour Black.
3. Copy and Paste the Doodle as a New Layer, Resize to Your Liking, and Move to the Left Hand Side of the Frame (See Example Tag for Placement), and Move Below the Frame Layer, Add the Same Drop Shadow as in Step 2.
4. With Your Magic Wand, Tolerance 15, Click Inside All Areas Inside the Frame (Including the Bits Below the Flowers and Ribbon), Go to Selections, Modify, Expand by 12, Making Sure Your are on the Doodle Layer Hit Delete on Your Keyboard.
5. Keeping it Selected, Copy and Paste Paper 3 as a New Layer, Resize by 80% Twice, Go to Selections, Invert and Hit Delete on Your Keyboard, Make Sure the Paper is Below the Frame But Above the Doodle, and Lower the Opacity of the Paper to About 80%.
5. Still Keep it Selected and Copy and Paste Your Tube of Choice, Again Hit Delete on Your Keyboard, then Go to Selections and Select None, Add Same Drop Shadow as Before.
6. Copy and Paste Tag-Green As a New Layer, Resize by 80% Twice, Go to Image, Free Rotate 18% to the Left, (See Example Tag for Placement), Again Add the Same Drop Shadow as Before.
7. Copy and Paste the Ribbon Hanger as a New Layer, Resize by 80% Three Times, Go to Image Mirror, (See Example Tag for Placement), I Also Erased Bits of the Ribbons Using the Eraser Tool, to Look Like it Was Entwined With the Flowers, but this is Just Personal Choice, Again Add the Same Drop Shadow as Before.
8. Copy and Paste Bow 1-Dark Green As a New Layer, Resize by 80% Twice, Go to Image, Free Rotate 18% to the Left, (See Example Tag for Placement), Again Add the Same Drop Shadow as Before.
9. Copy and Paste the Butterfly As a New Layer, Resize by 80%, (See Example Tag for Placement), Again I Erased Bits of the Butterfly Using the Eraser Tool, to Look Like it Was Entwined With the Flowers, but this is Just Personal Choice, I also Colorized the Butterfly to Match the Tag, to do this go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, and alter the shade to Your Liking.
10. Add a New Raster Layer Above Your White Background Layer, FloodFill With a Colour from your Tag, Go to Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask From Disk, Find the Watercolour mask, Source Luminance Checked, Fit to Layer, Invert Transparency Unticked, Ok, Merge Group, Resize By 85%.
11. Add the Artists Copyright, License Number if Applicable, Your Watermark and the Name You Wish on the Tag.
12. Crop Off Any Excess White and Resize to Your Liking.
13. If You Do Not Wish to Add the Animation, Save and Your All Done, If You Do Continue On.
Onto the Animation :~
14. Open the Animated Butterflies in Your Animation Shop.
15. Go Back to Your PSP, go to Edit, Copy Merged, Go Into Your Animation Shop and Paste as a New Animation, Holding Down the Ctrl Button on Your Keyboad Keep Pressing L until you have a Toital of 15 Frames (It will show you in the Bottom Right Corner How Many Frames you Have)
16. Click On the Butterfly Animation, Go to Edit, Select All, Edit Copy, Click on Your Tag, Go to Edit, Select All, Edit, Paste into Selected Frames, Place the Butterflies Where You Wish Them to Be, and Right Click on Your Mouse, Repeat this Process Again If You Wish More Than 1 Set of Butterflies on Your Tag.
17. Save as a Gif and Voila Your All Done.
