This Tutorial was written by me on 17th July 2007, Hope you enjoy it xxx   Supplies Needed:~   Paint Shop Pro, Animation Shop   Tube of Choice, I used the Lovely Artwork of Elias Chatzoudis www.elias-design.gr, Please Do Not use unless you have Purchased them from Stickerchick.   Font of Choice, I used ILS Script   VM Natural, Sparkle Plugin (Optional depending on if you wish to animate)   Mask   Frame, Tiara & Sweetie Sign, If you made these please let me know so I can give you proper credit or remove   Beads & Flowers, Cindy has kindly given me permission to use them in this tutorial, thankyou very much babez her wonderful site is called "simply original scraps" http://simplyoriginalscraps.blogspot.com   All Supplies are Included HERE   Right Lets Get Started Guys:~   1. Open up your Supplies in PSP, Open a New Transparent Canvas 500x500, Flood Fill White   2. Copy & Paste the Frame as a New Layer, Resize to 95%, You may also wish to Colourize it to match your Tube   3. With your Magic Wand Click Inside the Left Frame, Got to Selections, Modify, Expand by 4, Add a New Raster Layer, Flood Fill White, Select None, Move this Layer Underneath the Frame Layer.   4. Staying on that Layer Copy & Paste the Drama Queen Sign as a New Layer, Free Rotate Left 23%, and Position so it Fits Nicely into the Left Frame, You may also want to Colourize this Layer Depending on what Colour You Wish.   5. Go Back Onto the Frame Layer and with your Magic Wand Click Inside the Right Frame, Got to Selections, Modify, Expand by 4, Add a New Raster Layer, Flood Fill with Whatever Colour you wish to Use that goes with your Tube, (I used # d9c6c2).   6. Keeping it Selected Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Position it so that the Part of the Tube you want to Show fits Nicely Inside the Frame, Go to Selections, Invert, Hit Delete on your Keyboard, Select None, Add a Light Drop Shadow to the Tube, Move the Frame Layer to the Top.   7. On the White Background Layer, Copy and Paste the Sweetie Sign as a New Layer and Move Down towards the Bottom, Refer to the Example tag for Placement, you may wish to Colourize to go with your Tag, again add a Light Drop Shadow.   8. Copy & Paste the Flowers and Beads as a New Layer, Position them Over the Bottom of the Sweetie Sign, again Refer to Example for Placement, With your FreeHand Selection Tool, Draw a Long Rectangle around the Beads and Flowers that are showing Inside the Sweetie Sign, Go to Selections, Modify, Invert, Hit Delete on your Keyboard, Select None, Colourize if you wish.   9. Copy & Paste the Tiara as a New Layer, Resize by 75%, Position it at the Top, again Refer to Example for Placement, Add a Light Drop Shadow and Lower the Opacity to around 85%.   10. On the White background Layer, Add a New Raster Layer, Floodfill with the Same Colour you used on the Right Side of the Frame.   11. Go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, Select your Mask, Source Luminace Checked, Invert Mask Data Unchecked, ok, Delete the Mask, Merge Group.   12. On the Mask Layer Still, Go to Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat, Modify, Feather 150, ok, Invert, Hit Delete On your Keyboard, Select None.   13. Still on the Mask Layer add a Brush if you wish too, I added a few Stars.   14. Go to the Top Layer and Copy & Paste your Tube in the Middle, again Add a Light Drop Shadow.   15. Add the Artists Copyright, Your Watermark and Whatever Name you Wish to the Tag, you may also wish to add the words Drama Queen onto the frame as I did in the Example.   If you Do Not wish to Add the Sparkle, then Merge Visible, Resize to your Liking and Save as a GIF and your Done,   If you Do Wish to Animate Continue On.   16. Make the Tiara Layer Active, Selections, Select All, Selections Float, Selections Defloat, Go to your Effects Plugins and Use the Following settings in VM Natural Sparkle   Max Size 56 Red 255 Green 255 Blue 255 Rnd Colour On/Off 255 Random Seed 130   17. Select None, Go To Edit, Copy Merge, Into Animation Shop, Holding down Ctrl press L this will Paste As a New Animation.   18. Back into PSP, Hit the Undo Button Twice, Reapply the Same Settings but Change the Random Seed to 140, Select None, Back Into Animation Shop, Click on the Image and press Ctrl L.   19. Back into PSP, Hit the Undo Button Twice, Reapply the Same Settings but Change the Random Seed to 150, Select None, Back Into Animation Shop, Click on the Image and press Ctrl L.   20. Select All, Frame Properties 20, View Animation, If Happy with your Tag Resize if you Wish and Save as a GIF.   And there you go the Tags all Finished, Hope You Enjoyed this Tutorial xx
