Mura's Meisters Filter (If wanting to make your own writing layer)
Tube of Choice, I used the fab art of Popeye Wong, www.popeyewong.com
Font of Choice (I used PonytailScript)

Lets Get Started
1. Open a new transparent canvas 600x600, Flood fill White.
2. Select your preset shape tool, with the settings :~ Eclipse, Anti alias checked, Create as vector checked, Line style solid, Width 10.00, Foreground a darker colour (I used #9c4889), Background a lighter colour (I used #c280b4).
3. Holding down the shift key on your keyboard draw out a circle, This will enable you to get a perfect circle, (refer to tag for sizing).
4. When happy with the size click on objects, align, center in canvas, then convert to raster layer.
5. For this next step you can either use the writing layer I provided, or you can make your own, if using the one I provided skip to step 8, if you want to make your own writing layer follow step 6 & 7.
6. Open a transparent canvas 600x600, Select your text tool, Create as vector, Type out what you wish to write, Again center in canvas and convert to raster.
7. Go to Mura's Meister, Copies, With the settings:~ Tiling (Angle), Use the default settings, But change the Tile Gap to 5, and the colour box to the same colour as you chose for your text, Click OK.
8. If using my writing layer but want to change the colour to match your tag please do so now, by going to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize, and change to a colour you want.
9. Select your magic wand and click on the lighter colour in your circle, Copy your writing layer and paste into selection, Select none.
10. Copy and paste the diary image as a new layer, Resize to your liking (Depending on the size you want), Go to image, Free rotate, 20 degrees left, Refer to tag for placement.
11. Copy and paste the pen image as a new layer, Resize to your liking (Depending on the size you want), Go to image, Free rotate, 20 degrees right, Refer to tag for placement.
12. If you wish to place writing or blotches on your diary do so now.
13. Copy and paste your tube of choice and again resize depending on the tube and placement.
14. Click on your white background layer, Add a new raster layer, apply brushes of your choice in a contrasting colour, Or export the splatter image I provided by going into:~ File, Export, Custom brush, into your paint brushes and use that.
15. Add a drop shadow to your Circle layer, Tube, Diary and Pen, I used the settings of Verticle 0, Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 8.00, Colour Black.
16. Add the artists copyright, your watermark and whatever name you require on the tag.
17. Crop excess off the tag, Resize to your taste and save as a GIF, Voila all done.
