Election 2009 - Call for Nominees! 

The Angeles City Association USA will be holding its elections of Board of Directors on Sunday, October 12, 2008 during the La Naval Fiesta Celebration.  Association members who wish to nominate a candidate can do so by e-mail. 

By now, you should have received your La Naval Fiesta Celebration info packet in the mail.  If not, we probably don't have your current mailing address.  You can e-mail us with your current address so we can keep you up to date.  Additional information regarding the Fiesta is also available in the Balitang Culiat Newsletter.

Jennifer Concepcion of ACAUSA is UPLC's     Mrs. Pampanga California 2008-2009

Angeles City Association's Jennifer Concepcion was crowned as UPLC's Mrs. Pampanga California 2008-2009 during their 10th Anniversary Celebration Dinner Dance and Fund Raising Pageant.  The formal gala was held last May 10, 2008 at the Hilton Hotel, Anaheim, California.  We would like to thank everyone who supported this important event through their generous contributions.  In this pageant, each candidate can designate a portion of the funds raised to any charity of their choice.  Jennifer will be donating her designated funds to the Angeles City Association USA Fiesta Celebration Committee.

Coronation of the Virgen delos Remedios, the Patroness of Pampanga

Festival of Philippine Arts & Culture 

Come to the Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture (FPAC) and be a part of the largest celebration of modern & traditional Filipino Music, Dance, Art, Film & Food in Southern California.  The event will be on Sept 6 & 7 from 10am to 6pm at Point Fermin Park, San Pedro, California.  Show headliners include Anthony Castelo, Christine Gambito of "Happy Slip" fame and Afro-Filipino Latin and R&B artist Joe Bataan.  For more details, click here to visit the FPAC website.
