I fount this GameStart2D/3D game engine a few weeks ago . This engine is under Beta release now, but he has big potencial. Works very well, script language is similar to java, lua or C, is it Squirrel. 

SSE capable processor (>= 2Ghz).

OpenGL 2.0 compatible graphics card (GeForce 8600 class or better).

SSE capable processor (Atom 1Ghz or better).

OpenGL 1.2 compatible graphics card.
