This has helped me to develop a wide range of skills and has meant that I am up to date with the latest and best products and materials available. Whilst the majority of my work has revolved around traditional decorating, I have spent a number of years focussing on finishing hand painting kitchens. I have worked for some of the very best names and always found the work rewarding. In addition to special finishes, I have done some beautiful murals. The work hasn't always been glamorous, I have recently been refurbishing wooden toilet seats! In this business I have learnt to be flexible and to try and over-deliver, I have no problem working long hours or travelling far afield. Whilst I mainly focus on south east England, I have had enjoyed my spells in the States, in France and Holland. Most jobs are best suited to working alone, but I work with a number of other artisans for when a job is more suited to a team.
