I am currently a British Academy Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, and the Rank-Manning Junior Research Fellow at New College Oxford.

My Ph.D. research was carried out at Nuffield College, and looked at how firms exploit information revealed by consumers' search and switching behaviour.  My CV can be found here, and more information on my research here.
