Our acquisition, which was completed on Friday 5 March 2010, followed the appointment of Raymond Collins as Manager of Andreones legal practice by The Council of The Law Society of New South Wales under the Legal Profession Act 2004. 

Your files and deposits, where Andreones held money on your behalf, are safe. The files are with us at our Pyrmont office and where Andreones was holding trust money, this is with the Law Society and we are able to access it for you in accordance with your instructions. 

Over the weekend we assessed the status of all matters .We have taken steps to prepare for urgent hearings and dealings and we have now begun the process of detailed reviews. This work is at our cost and in our time so you are least inconvenienced. 

We have been greatly assisted in this work by former members of the Andreone staff. Their background knowledge has been invaluable to us in preparing to take up your matter. 

We are particularly pleased to announce that Chris Kerin, a former senior associate with Andreones, has accepted a permanent position with us as Senior Lawyer and will lead our Strata Building Defects practice. Chris has 12 years experience as a solicitor in this area.
