Michael Teys has worked with strata communities for thirty years as a lawyer, developer, manager and financier He holds a bachelor of laws, is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of Queensland and New South Wales. He is a specialist in strata and community title law and is a fellow of the Australian College of Community Association Lawyers (ACCAL) Michael is an adjunct lecturer for Charles Sturt University and wrote the syllabus for Property Investing, which he teaches at a master degree level. He is the author of ‘The committees guide to better body corporate management’, which is a series of twelve essays on practical aspects of body corporate management. Michael appears weekly on Property Success with Margaret Lomas for Sky News Business Channel when he presents his segment, Legal Lessons.
