 Michael Teys has worked with strata communities for thirty years as a lawyer, developer, manager and financier He holds a bachelor of laws, is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of Queensland and New South Wales. He is a specialist in strata and community title law and is a fellow of the Australian College of Community Association Lawyers (ACCAL) Michael is an adjunct lecturer for Charles Sturt University and wrote the syllabus for Property Investing, which he teaches at a master degree level. He is the author of ‘The committees guide to better body corporate management’, which is a series of twelve essays on practical aspects of body corporate management.
