Arthritis

posted ‎‎Jul 29, 2008 7:22 AM‎‎ by Lilly DelValle

Osteoarthritis involves the breakdown of the cartilage that forms a cushion between two joints. As this cartilage is eaten away, the two bones of the joint start rubbing together and wearing down. (In contrast, rheumatoid arthritis is caused from a swelling and inflammation of the synovial membrane, the lining of the joint. Researchers have linked the increasing risk of many degenerative diseases to nutrient deficiencies, including a lack of sufficient minerals and trace minerals.

Therapeutic Application:
Single Oils: Wintergreen/birch with helichrysum, spruce, fir, pine, cypress, peppermint, vetiver, marjoram, Rosemary CT cineol, Eucalyptus citriodora, basil, oregano, lemongrass, Idaho tansy, black pepper, elemi, or peppermint.

~ Elemi with spruce, fir, pine, cedarwood, juniper, rosemary, peppermint, helichrysum, wintergreen/birch, basil, wild Idaho tansy, lemon, nutmeg, or oregano.

Supplements:

Super Cal, Super C, ArthroTune, Immune-Tune, Exodus, Sulfurzyme, BLM

Detoxification of the body and strengthening the joints is important. Cleanse the colon and liver.  Rehemogen cleans and purifies the blood, which may have toxins blocking nutrient and oxygen absorption into cells.

Apply oils on location followed by massage oil or AromaSilk Satin Body Lotion. PanAway and Relieve It have cortisone-like action, which give relief of arthritic pain without the cortisone side effects.
