Doing sessions at a distance, using Skype or GTalk, instead of the phone

Once you're ready to do your session, we may need to use Skype of Gtalk, which are free.

Download Skype here.
To use GoogleTalk, you have to have a Gmail account. Get it here. Then you can download GTalk here.

Skype and GTalk are both free. Using them is just like talking on the phone, except it's over the internet, on the computer. Make sure your computer has a microphone and speakers. Most computers have small built in mics and speakers. Both programs are very user friendly and easy to set up.
