Inner Child Healing

I assist in healing psychic wounds - childhood traumas and traumas from past lives that have carried on into this one. Along with this recovery, also called Second Innocence, you will recover sensitivity to the subtler forms of communication, with God, the Universe, animals and nature, and will be open to receiving love from others, and more Light, which results in greater intuition and self knowledge.

Soul Retrieval

During our life, traumatic events may cause the soul to fracture and for some parts to leave the whole and stay in the underworld. They keep hidden some potential that could not find a way to realize itself in the waking reality. It feels like something, or a lot, is missing; you will feel unable to realize yourself, like some invisible force is preventing you from reaching a peak experience in creativity. This is often accompanied with feeling fatigued and drained all the time.

Soul retrieval is a Shamanic practice to retrieve parts of the soul lost during trauma; the intelligence of the soul is restored to the present. After a soul retrieval, the potential for growth that was hidden with that soul part is restored to the whole person and you are able to bring that potential into realization, and lead a more fulfilling life, have more energy, be more present and stay in the real.

Clearing and rebalancing of the Aura which can form tears and holes due to stress, and negative spirit invasion. Balancing and clearing of the energy bodies and the chakras. When Chakras are unbalanced, you may feel powerless, worthless, fearful, heavy of heart, lack of connection with people, unable to speak your truth, loss of intuitive powers, or loss of connection with your higher power, with All That Is, with God. Spiritual illness in the energy field and power centers can lead to physical illness. With Energy clearing, diseases such as cancer, fibroids, infections, STDs, leave the body.

Shadow Integration

Contrary to popular belief, the Shadow is not evil. It is undefined potential. It is a part of you, who has had no outlet for creative expression. Connect with your shadow self, the "I" who has been judged to belong 'jailed in darkness', and who threatens to explode all the time. Once integrated, is not scary or 'rebellious', but in fact contains infinite creative  possibilities of your future. This integration leads to a deeper awareness of your True Self, deeper insight into what is fulfilling for your soul. Level of Creativity in your life will shift dramatically, both in the short term and the long term, and you may take on a new life or career or family path, realizing that the pattern of activity you were tied to before was limiting you.

Deep, relaxing breathing technique that activate repressed creative energies stuck in the form of Chronic Muscle Tension and repressed memories, 'trapped' in the unconscious. Chronic Muscle Tension is responsible for the epidemic of dis-eases like depression, fatigue and fibromyalgia in our culture.
