Core Strength Vinyasa is a combination of the classic Vinyasa Yoga, an Eastern Art, and energetic alchemy, a Western Art. This Healing Art is deeply transforming on the personal and universal level, as well as physically challenging. Through the language of the asanas (poses), the mind-body is purified at the core level, leaving only the essential energetic elements, while burning off (and sweating out) the rest. ASTROLOGY I've been an active student and teacher of the stars for about 4 years and it is now an integral part of my work. I use Western Astrology, but derive wisdom from the Vedic and Chinese Astrology as well. TOTAL BIOLOGY I have completed courses Level 1 and 2. Sabbah made a synthesis of all of the above into a practical healing knowledge which he named Total Biology of all Living Things which provides a framework for understanding how a person becomes ill and the tools to help regain health and well-being. MATRIX ENERGETICS I have completed courses Level 1 and 2. Matrix Energetics is a complete system of healing and transformation based on the laws of subtle energy physics, consciousness and focused intent.
